Transverse colon prolapsed and sitting on the organs below.

In today’s busy world many women juggle Career, Relationship and Motherhood. As a result many women choose to have children later on in life. This growing trend along with increasing infertility rate among couples, has led to a very expensive and sometimes hazardous venture into fertility clinics for women wanting to conceive. However, simpler and non-invasive therapies are available in the holistic health field.

There are many factors, from stress to environmental pollutants, that play a role in reproductive problems, infertility and dis-ease. A prolapsed colon can cause reproductive problems because it puts pressure on the uterus and ovaries. Many women with reproductive problems, endometriosis, PMS, cysts, irregular periods, yeast infections and cancer have benefited from prolapsed colon lifts. In my practice, two out of five women who were diagnosed with infertility became fertile after receiving prolapsed colon lifts. Another woman, who had miscarried several times after 3 to 4 months of pregnancy, carried her next child to term after receiving this treatment. My former wife was diagnosed with cancer in 1981 and was advised to have a hysterectomy immediately. Instead she used only holistic therapies and went on to give birth to two children. She has had no re-occurrence since.

Many problems develop as a result of dietary deficiencies and or excesses. Specialized cells with a unique chemical makeup become dysfunctional or die, when lacking proper nutrients, causing dis-ease in the body. A diet high in fat and low in fiber can cause even more problems or symptoms. Fiber causes peristalsis or wave-like contractions of the muscles in the alimentary canal.

Foods lacking in fiber move through the digestive tract at one quarter the pace of fruit and vegetables, which are high in fiber. This slow moving food, now called chyme, produces excess mucous that literally sticks to the intestinal walls. Over the years, layer upon layer of chyme builds up, burdening the intestinal tract with pounds of decaying fecal matter.

Foods that cause this problem are also acid forming, which leads to a worsening of the condition in the body. The tissue of the colon quickly becomes diseased and inflamed, losing its very important properties, which are to allow only water and a minimal amount of minerals and vitamins to pass into the bloodstream. Yeasts, moulds, fungus, bacteria, parasites and fecal material enter the blood stream and surrounding tissues by what is now known as leaky bowel syndrome. The colon burdened with this excess waste is at the mercy of gravity, which relentlessly tugs and pulls the colon down onto the uterus, ovaries and bladder. From this perspective it is quite obvious why reproductive health problems occur.

The solutions to these problems are simple but not always easy. You must cleanse or detoxify the body and have the prolapsed colon moved back to its proper position. The cleansing diet I most often suggest to my clients is The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs. It is a simple, inexpensive, yet effective program that most people can use very safely. It consists of a liquid mono diet in which lemonade made from maple syrup, cayenne pepper, fresh lemon juice and water is consumed for at least ten days, without any other food.

A prolapsed colon lift is generally done 2 or 3 times during this period as well. This requires the client to lie on a slant board while facing up with the tummy exposed. A gentle moving or sliding of the colon to its original position is done with the hands, along with a series of abdominal exercises. This regime may seem extreme but when faced with surgery, drugs or radiation it is a much safer and healthier alternative.

Hi Carol, You need to do cleansing with colon lifts and the abdominal exercises are leg lifts and abdominal crunches with 25 lbs. of weight on your tummy. You need to do about 15 mins. a day for 2 weeks to start.

I’m going to do the Master Cleanse. Would the exercises be the same as Carol’s for fertility issues & endometriosis?

Hi Sarah, are you referring to the exercises to tone the abdominal muscles after the prolapsed colon lift?

I’m pretty sure you are too far to get the colon lift. I have done a quick search to see if anyone does that in this area but it doesn’t look like it. I live in Ontario, Canada. I listened to 2 of your information sessions in the YL Summit and want to do the master cleanse & light therapy :-)
I thought those things combined with the abdominal muscle toning exercises might help with a prolapsed colon (if that’s what may be giving me fertility issues).
