I am interested in the vitaflex video, the oils, the rollers, and the book (unless it is "Healing for the Age of Enlightenment", which I have. AND PROBABLY SHOULD ACTUALLY READ!). The idea of holding a workshop is intriguing, as well, although I tend not to follow through on such ambitious plans. I am 61 years old, out of work, and learning that raw foods may just be the answer to my recent mobility problems. Doing the MC in desperation. Laid off last May, bitten by a spider after my health insurance ran out. Arthritic conditions come and go in shoulders and hips, low back and neck generally stiff. Have juice fasted (1975), and I even broke it well and had wonderful results for a week or so until my idiot life resumed and away went most of the healing. Now, desperation is my friend. I can't move with ease. I can't pretend to be functional enough to work well at most jobs, and my short-term memory needs a serious boost. I need some lemonade!
