Return Policies

All returns must be pre-authorized by Vita-Gem and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Vita-Gem and included with any return. Call us at 1-250-388-4102, or email us at tom@vitagem.com, to obtain an RMA number. This number must accompany any return for a refund to be issued.

Any products that were received from Vita-Gem in a damaged or defective state must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Vita-Gem will replace a product that was received damaged or defective and reported within 10 days with an exact product replacement only.

Items in new condition may be returned to Vita-Gem within 30 days of receipt for a refund in the amount the item was purchased for. The purchase price will be credited to the customer’s card originally used for the transaction. No refunds will be issued for any used, or damaged items (except for items that were received damaged and reported within 10 days of receipt). No refunds will be issued for shipping charges paid at the time of purchase. Additionally, the customer is responsible to pay any and all shipping charges associated with returning item(s) to Vita-Gem. Books and DVDs are non-returnable.

Warranties:
The manufacturer warrants the VitaLight and the Relax-a-Roller to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of two (2) year for the original invoice date.
