    Hello,
I have read your book and am on day 3 of the cleanse. Everything is going well except that on the morning of day 2 I was in pain when urinating and noticed some blood in my urine as well. I did the salt flush that morning and the pain subsided, but it’s back again this morning (I had a laxative tea this morning, not the salt flush).
What could this be? Is there anything I can do?

    Thank you in advance,
    Kathy

    Hi Tom,
I am just wondering if you will be doing any teaching/ workshops in Victoria or Alberta in the near future.
    Thank you for your time.

I am interested in any books and DVD’s that would teach me the Vita Flex method. I do have the The Complete Master Cleanse, and will be buying your other book. Thank you for replying to this message.

At the back of your Complete master Cleanse book you say that we can ask questions if we need input and I greatly appreciate that. So here we go…I am on day 34 of a 40 day fast and doing very well indeed. I embarked upon this fast for many reasons,( health, spiritual, emotional ) and I am pleased with the results. I wanted to know if it would be acceptable to do a gall bladder flush at the end of this. I usually do three days of organic, unfiltered apple juice and then on evening three do olive oil and lemon juice in order to release the gallstones. Is there anything in particularly unique in the Master Cleanse process that would contra-indicate this addition to my cleanse? I also am wanting to keep off the 15 + pounds I have lost while fasting. I have been a healthy eater for years, but entering my fourties combined with the irregular sleep patterns of a busy Midwife in solo practice I gained a 20 lb (probably cortisol induced) spare tire around my middle. I wanted to know if there is a book on healthy eating you would recommend. Thank you for your time.

Hi Tom, I read Stanley’s and your book on the Master Cleanse. Very inspiring, on day 4 of the cleanser. Going good so far! I threw my back out a few years ago and nothing has worked to fix it…tried, acupuncture, reflexology, physio, RMT, Chiro. So reading about your recovery of your neck/shoulder issues I was thinking of trying Vita-flex. Do you know of any good therapists in Toronto or Ontario that practice this treatment? Please let me know.
    Thanks.

      Hi Lindy,
I am sorry I don’t know any VF practitioners there that do the same VF as I was taught.

It can, the colon and lung work very closely with each other as shown clearly in the Chinese medicine model.

Blockages in the colon can be very dangerous and detrimental to your health. It will continue to work for a while the body is resourceful but will slow down and back up and get distended and can twist around on itself. You really want to eliminate waste as soon as possible or auto-intoxication can happen and create many diseases. Degree and time are what makes the difference.

    Hello Tom,

I’m writing to you from Hartford, CT, USA. Having been constipated for several months I felt it was important to be on a cleanse, detox program. I’ve been in search of a plan that I thought I could follow. Many seem pretty complicated , & having read Stanley Burrough’s “the Master Cleanse” then your “the Complete Master Cleanse” I would like to give it a try. I figured gradually I’d get the ingredients together & try to plan to block out 10 days that I wouldn’t have any distractions. Something as basic as water has proven to be difficult to find in the bottled variety. I bought pH-Strips. So far the best I can find is at the 6.5 level. Any advice?

    Thank you!

I guess you could put some baking soda in it to alkalize it. I have an ionizer that purifies, alkalizes and filters my tap water. Also you can order bottled spring water.

Drinking through a straw and being very gentle when brushing. It will pass.
